'Gait' Walking forward, with trunk rotation, BC, hands on floats - focus waist
Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your back to the wall.
Hold a dumbbell float in each hand on the surface of the water in front of you.
As you take a step forwards, extend your opposite arm in front of you, rotating from your waist.
Repeat with the other side and make your way across the pool.
