4 point kneel, leg raise

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips. Bring one knee to the abdomen. Then straighten your leg slowly backwards until it is in a horizontal position. Keep your back still throughout the movement. Hold for the duration specified, then slowly bring your leg back down. Rest then repeat.
