AAROM standing unilateral elbow extension TA

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Stand upright in the water with a wall to your side and your affected arm on the surface of the water with your elbow bent.
Try to straighten your elbow as your assistant generates turbulence to assist this movement.
Return to the start position and repeat.
