Abdominal curl up

Lay on your back with your feet fixed and your hips and knees bent. Your fingertips should touch your ears. Curl your head and shoulders up until the shoulder blades leave the ground. Avoid high acceleration at the beginning of the movement. Keep your lower back on the bench. Keep your fingertips touching your ears throughout the movement. Perform the movement with control.
