Start in a seated position.
Hold your affected hand up and try to touch the top of your thumb to each joint in your hand.
Aim for the crease in each joint.
You will count four along the base of each finger and four across the middle of each finger and four near the top of each finger.
Then move onto touch the tips of all four fingers with your thumb.
Once you reach the finger tips, reverse the pattern and repeat the movement, changing the sequence as you move back down through the joints of your fingers.
