Agility – change of direction – figure of 8 cutting run – sidestep and backwards jog - advanced

Place five cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Turn so that cone two is to your right side.
When ready, sidestep to cone two then jog backwards to cone three.
Next, sidestep to cone four and then jog backwards to cone five.
Finally, sidestep to cone two and then jog backwards to cone three.
Repeat.
