Agility – change of direction - acceleration / deceleration (right then left diagonal run) – opponent
Place four cones and a defensive mannequin on the ground in front of you, as shown in the diagram.
Start on cone one facing the defensive mannequin.
Stay light on your toes.
When ready, get around the defensive mannequin to the right then sprint to cone two.
Return to the start and repeat.
