Alternate arm and leg lift on a stability ball
Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Keeping your knee bent, lift up one knee.
Simultaneously, lift up the opposite arm.
Keep your balance before your relax and repeat the same movement with the other arm and leg.
Make sure that your back does not arch or slump away from your neutral posture.
Required equipment: Ball - large, Stability Ball
