Alternating lunge step stand with on/off support
Stand facing a step holding onto a support with one hand.
Lift one leg and place your whole foot on the step.
Lean forward and move your weight onto your front leg.
Remove your hand from the support and try to hold the position for a moment.
Place your hand on the support again, step the foot back to the starting position and repeat with the other side.
