Alternating shoulder extension on all fours with dumbbell
Start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing inwards.
Keep your elbow straight and lift one arm back so that it is aligned with your trunk.
Keep your chest wide and neck long.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position and repeat with your other arm.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Mat, Dumbbell
