Ankle eversion with ball
Sit upright on a chair with both heels on the floor.
Place a small ball on the floor on the outside of your foot.
Keep your heels down on the floor at all times.
Gently turn your foot out and kick the ball out to the side.
You will need someone to pass the ball back.
Once the ball is back by your foot, you can kick it again
