Ankle Inversion/Eversion Mobility in Sitting

Ankle Inversion/Eversion Mobility in Sitting

Begin sitting in a chair that allows both feet to touch the floor fully and knees are at 90 degrees.
Move the affected foot out as far as comfortable to one side allowing ankle to bend (inversion) and ensuring the entire sole of the foot touches the ground.
Then bring the same foot across the other leg and bring entire sole of the foot in contact with the ground as ankle bends in the opposite direction (eversion).
