Ankle inversion with resistance band
Sit with your legs straight out in front of you.
Place the band around the inside of your affected foot.
You can either securely tie the band to a stable object or a grown up could hold band out to your side.
Keeping your leg still and your knee facing up to the ceiling turn your foot in against the band.
Slowly let your foot back out and return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Mat, Assistant, Resistance band
