Aquatic pec stretch

Aquatic pec stretch

Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist.
Face away from the wall and then grab ahold of the wall with both hands.
Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the wall behind you.
Push your feet against the wall, driving your body forwards.
You should feel a stretch along the front of your chest.
Hold for the required amount of time and then return to the starting position.
