Aquatic Shoulder Horizontal Abduction/Adduction with Hand Paddles

Stand with water at chin level. Squat, sit or kneel down if depth is not sufficient. Place arms crossed in front of you, just under the surface of the water with elbows straight.

Swing arms out to the side and open chest as much as possible. Slowly return back to the starting position. Arms remain on the surface of the water.

Increase speed and/or use hand paddles to increase resistance. Palms of your hands can be facing either forwards or backwards.

Required equipment: Hand paddles
