Aquatic wrist flexion/extension

Stand upright in the water holding a hand paddle in your hand.
Bring your elbow next to your hip and bend it to a 90 degree angle.
Keeping your elbow still, bend your wrist up against the resistance of the water and then bend it down against the resistance of the water.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
