AROM bilateral shoulder ER(N) in sitting

Sit up straight in a chair.
With your arms by your sides, bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
Keep your gaze directly ahead, your neck long, and your shoulder blades drawn gently back and down.
Keeping this position, rotate your forearms outward.
Once you reach your own endpoint, rotate your arms back into the starting position, and repeat.
