AROM GHjt flexion with other arm resistance
Stand up straight and make a fist with your affected arm.
Place the palm of your hand on the top of your fist.
Keeping your posture and your neck long, begin lifting your affected arm directly up in front of you.
Provide some resistance with your other hand with some downward pressure.
Continue with this resistance all the way up.
Lower your arm back down and then repeat.
