AROM shoulder abduction in supine (with elbow 90 degrees)
Lie on your back with your arms relaxed by your sides.
Bend your elbows to a right angle.
Bring your arms out to your side, with the movement coming from your shoulder.
Hold this position, before slowly bringing your arm back to your side.
Keep your back and neck muscles relaxed throughout the exercise.
