AROM wrist radial/ulnar deviation (gravity eliminated)

Sit upright in front of a table.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your elbow bent and your palm facing down.
Move your hand side to side at your wrist keeping your forearm in contact with the table.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
