Around the Body Kettlebell Pass
Stand with your feet slightly apart.
Pass the Kettlebell around your body in a continuous motion, passing the Kettlebell from one hand to the other. Always keep the handle in the same position to make it easier to pass, especially behind your back. Use your whole body during the movement, keep midsection tight and hips still (stationary).
