Assisted isometric prone shoulder extension
Lie face down on a table or plinth with your affected arm hanging over one side.
Lift your arm up over your head, until it is parallel with the floor.
Have your assistant gently press down on your arm and resist this pressure.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
