Assisted wrist flexion/extension in sitting

You will require someone to assist you with the exercise.
Start in sitting.
Your assistant should support your forearm and wrist.
Your elbow should be bent and your hand pointing forwards.
Your assistant will slowly move your wrist from straight, to bent and back again.
Join in with the movement as much as possible.
Only move within a range that is comfortable, it should not be painful.
