Stand up straight.
When ready, bring one knee, and the opposite arm, up as high as you can in front of you whilst you hop forward on your standing leg.
Hop forwards once more while you extend your elevated knee and return your leg to the floor in a sweeping action.
Simultaneously return your arm to your side.
Upon landing, instantaneously repeat, leading with the same arm and leg.
Continue to travel forward for the desired distance.
Keep your torso upright and avoid twisting.
