Back Extension and Shoulder Mobility

Lie face down holding a stick over your head with straight arms.
Keep your chin tucked in.
Lift your upper body slightly off the floor and lengthen your body.
Squeeze your shoulder blades in and down and bring the stick behind your neck.
Straighten your arms and return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Note: Try not to tense your shoulders and keep your neck in neutral position.
