Backwards walking against resistance - knee extension strength

Stand with an exercise band around your waist and attached securely in front of you.
You can also have a partner holding on to the band.
Walk backwards against the resistance from the band.
Focus on pushing your knees straight with every step.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
One step with each leg is one repetition.

Required equipment: Assistant, Resistance band
