Balance, single-leg, TR (level 1)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Keep your feet shoulder width apart at arms length from the wall.
Transfer your body weight onto one leg and lift your other leg off the floor.
Tighten your stomach and buttock muscles.
When ready, let go of the wall and keep your balance on one leg.
