Ball to a wall throw and catch on all fours
Start on your hands and knees facing a wall.
You can use a mat or towel under your hands and knees for comfort if needed.
You can also rest on your fists if this is more comfortable for you.
With one hand roll a ball to the wall and then catch it as it bounces back.
Repeat with your other hand.
Pushing the ball to the wall with each hand equals one repetition.
Required equipment: Wall, Ball - large, Medicine ball, Stability Ball
