Band resisted bilateral biceps curl, standing

Stand up straight with feet in a staggered stance.
Stand firmly on a resistance band under your front foot.
Hold one end of the tensioned band in each of your hands with your palms facing the ceiling.
Keeping your arms by your sides, bend your elbows against the resistance of the band.
Control the movement as you lower your arms back down to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat.
