Band-Resisted Lateral Step Up
Start by standing sideways next to a step. An exercise band is attached securely to your side and placed around your waist/pelvis, with the slack taken off.
Step up and straighten your hips and knees. Maintain hip-knee-toes alignment. Return to the starting position.
