Band resisted shoulder external rotation and flexion

Stand up straight sideways to a wall.
Take hold of one end of a resistance band in your far hand, ensuring that the other end of the band is securely fastened to the wall.
Bend your elbow to 90 degrees.
Keeping your elbow at your side, rotate your forearm outwards.
Keeping your elbow bent and tension on the band, lift your hand towards the ceiling.
Hold briefly and then reverse the movement back to the starting position.
