Bent Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Scaption

Stand straight. Hold a weight. Move your shoulder slightly back.

Lift your arm to the side with your elbow pointing slightly forward. Lift the weight pointed to the ceiling upwards, only as far as you can control the movement, keeping your shoulder down.
