Bent over dumbbell reverse fly, seated

Sit upright in your chair with a dumbbell in each hand.
Bend forward from your hips, keeping spine and neck in a neutral position.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together then lift your arms to the side with elbows slightly bent. Hold briefly and then lower your arms down in a controlled manner to the starting position.
