Bent-over elbow extension - bilateral without load

Stand up straight with your legs slightly wider that hips width.
Bend your knees, then keeping your back straight, lean forwards pushing your hips back behind you.
Bend your elbows and tuck your upper arms backwards and in to your side.
Keeping this position with your body and upper arms, straighten your elbow so that your forearms move back and up a little.
Bend your elbows to bring your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
