Alternating bent-over lateral raise with dumbbells
Stand holding weights in both hands.
Tilt forward from your hips and let your arms hang towards the floor with your elbows straight.
Lengthen and align through your sitting bones to the top of your head.
Lift one arm to the side.
Lower your arm down in a controlled manner and then repeat with your other arm.
