Stand beside a worktop holding an object such as a water bottle in one hand.
Take support from the worktop with your other hand, if needed.
Try to stand as tall as you can with your head held high.
With your arm straight and by your side and turn your palm to face forwards.
Keep your upper arm in place and bring the bottle towards your shoulder, bending from your elbow.
In a controlled manner straighten your elbow back to the starting position.
