Biceps stretch (independent)

Sit upright in a chair in front of a table.
Place your arm to be stretched on a towel on the table.
With your palm facing up, straighten your elbow as far as you can.
Using your other hand, straighten your elbow further.
Stretch as far as comfortable but not into pain.
