Bilateral arm swinging on stability ball

Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Let you arms rest by your sides.
Swing one arm forward, and the other arm back behind you.
Allow your shoulders to rotate a little as you continue swinging your arms forwards and backwards.
