Bodyweight squat – Adaptive

Wear your prosthetics for this exercise.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Lift your arms in front of you.
Push your hips back and squat down.
Counterbalance this by leaning your upper body forwards.
Stand up, back to the starting positions.
Ensure your knees travel forwards over your toes the whole time.
