Bridge with leg extension and pelvic dips

Lie on your back with both knees bent.
Flatten your lower back into the floor, then slowly lift your buttocks off the floor.
Once lifted off the floor, straighten one leg out so your thighs are level.
Once lifted, dip back down approximately halfway, then extend back up.
Try to keep your pelvis level.
Slowly return to the starting position.
