Broad jump to single leg landing

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides, and with enough open space in front of you.
Make sure the flooring is not too slippery.
Jump forward as far as possible.
Land on one leg with your knee soft, and ensure it's aligned with your hips and toes.
Find your balance, then straighten up and return to the starting position.
Repeat.
