Cable machine 1-leg kneeling straight arm pull-down
Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with the large bar attached.
Kneel one one leg in front of the cable machine and grasp the bar as wide as you can with both hands, taking control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the bar down towards your legs, keeping your arms straight throughout the movement.
Return to the start position in a controlled manner and repeat.
