Cable machine bicep curl - version 2

Ensure the pulley is at its lowest point.
Stand facing the cable machine, and bend down and grasp the bar with your hand.
Keeping your back straight, stand up, taking the weight with your arm straight.
Maintain a good posture and keep your elbow tucked into your side, pull the bar up upwards in a curling motion.
Pause for a second before allowing the weight to return to the start position.
