Ensure the handles are the highest position.
Grasp a handle in each hand with an overhand grip, so that your palms are facing forwards.
Keeping your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing forwards, walk forward and take the strain.
Keeping your elbows slightly bent, slowly bring each hand down across until your forearms are crossed in front of your stomach and your palms are facing behind you.
Slowly return to the starting position.
