Cable machine front deltoid raise

Place the pulley at the lower position with a bar attached.
Stand facing away from the cable machine with the bar between your legs.
Hold the bar with both hands and stand up straight.
Maintain a good posture and raise your arms forwards and upwards until they are parallel to the floor and in line with your shoulders.
Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
