Cable Machine Pull Down in Kneeling
Kneel with the cable machine in front of you. Grasp the cable machine bar with both hands with an underhand grip, palms facing you. Start with your elbows straight and arms above your head. Pull the bar down towards your chest, bending your elbows and pulling your shoulder blades together. In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
