Cable machine row in half kneeling

Stand facing the pulley with the attachment point at head height or above.
With the stirrup handle attachment, grasp the handle with both hands.
Hold your arms out in front of you.
Step back with one leg and lower yourself down into a half-kneeling position with both hips and knees at 90 degrees.
Maintaining a good posture, pull the weight in towards your chest.
Begin this movement by pulling your shoulder blades toward one another before bending your elbows in towards your sides.
Control the movement as you return the weight to the starting position, and then repeat.
