Stand in a walking position with a stable posture.
Hold the handle of the cable machine with the palm of the hand facing forward. Start the movement approximately 20 cm behind your body, keeping the elbow straight bring the hand forward to about 20 cm in front of your body. In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
