Cable machine single arm pull-down

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with a handle attached.
Grasp the handle with one hand.
Find a comfortable position on your knees, facing the cable machine, and take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle down, keeping your arm close to your body.
Finish with your arm parallel to your body and then return the weight to the starting position in a controlled manner.
