Cable machine single arm pull-down, sitting

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point with a handle attached.
Sit upright in a chair, facing away from the cable machine.
Grasp the handle with one hand and take control of the weight.
Maintain a good posture and pull the handle down, keeping your arm close to your body.
Finish with your upper arm parallel to your body and then return the weight to the starting position in a controlled manner.
